Parivartan-EAA: Empowering Education for All
Launching in 2023, Building on Momentum and Measured Impact of 2022
In this year, we are looking at a two-pronged approach to exponentially reach more students in India.
We want to continue our work with our NGO partners and train their facilitators to deliver gender training to school children.
Collaborating with Punjab Government to train counselors and social workers for implementing training in schools.
Project Goals for 2023:
We will continue to do rigorous assessment and training during the implementation as well. We hope to assess the effectiveness of the program, identify improvement opportunities and gaps, and resolve them before large-scale expansion.

We are in the process of finalizing a collaboration with the Punjab government to train their facilitators to implement Parivartan-EAA training in Punjab.

From 11 districts out of 23 districts, two facilitators (counselor and Social Worker) will be given online training. On the completion of training, each facilitator will be informed about the change and progress they have done. They in turn will train children in the 11 districts. Each facilitator shall aim to provide 25 - 30 sessions per month.

With this collaboration, we are excited to expand our impact in Punjab. The success of this initiative means that we have an opportunity to implement a similar model in other states. It also is a building block in the government implementing this training as part of the curriculum.
