As adults, we know how important it is to stand up for ourselves and set boundaries. However, it can be a challenging task for children, especially when they are faced with peer pressure. In such situations, it is essential to teach children to say "No Means No" confidently. It is a simple yet powerful phrase that can help children to protect themselves from abuse and exploitation.

To lay the foundation for this crucial life skill, our organization recently conducted a role-playing activity with children. The activity involved scenarios where children face peer pressure and must learn to say "No." The key message was clear - when you know what you want, say "No," and no explanation or convincing is needed. The activity received immense support from our team, including Shubhra Singh, Madhuri Agrawal, Shobana Anand, Chhavi Dawar, and Himanshu. The training was led by Kaumudi Nagaraju, who has been working tirelessly towards empowering children against abuse through our program - Parivartan: Empower Against Abuse. The importance of such training cannot be emphasized enough. As adults, many of us may have wished we had such training while growing up. The ability to say "No" confidently can help children to avoid situations that make them feel uncomfortable and potentially dangerous. At Parivartan, we believe in empowering children to protect themselves from abuse and exploitation. Our program aims to educate children, parents, and educators about child abuse and create a safe and nurturing environment for children to grow and thrive. We are confident that through such training, we can create a better and safer world for our children.
